Renae Searls, a junior at Alhambra High, finished fourth in the Division 4 girls final at the CIF State Cross Country Championships at Woodward Park in Fresno. Searls, who earned eighth place last season, covered the 5-kilometer layout in 17:45.3 to earn all-state honors again after capturing the North Coast Section title.
